Health Watchers was founded by Stuart Kay, a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Stuart was among the first Certified Senior Advisors at a time when the baby boomer generation was still years from retirement. A sought-after national speaker and trainer, Stuart specialized in addressing the legal and financial issues affecting seniors and their families.
As a prolific networker, Stuart previously served as the publisher of The Mature Advisor Newspaper and later as the director of The Mature Academy—one of the country’s first networking groups dedicated to seniors. The Academy played a pioneering role in bridging the gap between senior care and healthcare services.
While managing a successful in-home physician group, Stuart gained hands-on experience hiring and training healthcare providers, including nurse practitioners, physicians, and podiatrists. His ability to build and support high-performing teams laid the foundation for Health Watchers’ success.
